Ali’ce is also the owner of 3 thriving businesses inclusive of Brighter Health & Primary Care located in the metro Atlanta area. She left her full-time staff position in 2020 to pursue full time entrepreneurship and multi-state licensure after feeling compelled and controlled by a failing healthcare system to provide care in unsafe working conditions.
She ventured into independent contracting and invested in a coaching program which allowed her the freedom and flexibility to launch her own wellness practice in 2021.
During her first year she learned the hard way of the importance of "Contracts and Conversations" which cost her over 50K in revenue while being a new entrepreneur, after which she formulated "Bedside2Business" to help Nurses and Nurse Practitioners navigate through foundational structure, legalities and importance of doing business that Nursing School did not teach us.
As a serial entrepreneur, Ali’ce has coached and mentored over 200 healthcare professionals with a proven strategy and blueprint of actionable steps to take while navigating from “Bedside2Business” all while leveraging your foundation in order to launch a successful business in the wellness industry.
